I Help Leaders Build the
Capacity to Perform

For over two decades, I’ve worked in high-performance environments where the cost of getting it wrong is high and performance pressure is constant.

My Journey

Across all the high-performance environments I’ve worked in, the same truth keeps showing up:

Performance doesn’t break down because people lack motivation –  it breaks down because they run out of capacity.

There was a point in my own career where I realised that despite doing all the “right” things, my performance was becoming harder to sustain. Not because I lacked drive, but because I was operating without enough margin for recovery.

That realisation changed how I think about performance.

My Background

I began my career as a chartered physiotherapist over 20 years ago, working with high-performing individuals under extreme physical and cognitive demands.

My career naturally progressed into Strength & Conditioning and then Performance Coaching, supporting:

  • Olympians and professional athletes
  • Special Forces and military personnel
  • Major studios and companies, including Marvel, Fox, Paramount and Warner Brothers
  • Hollywood’s top actors & actresses
  • Over 300 Senior leaders and executives

Across entertainment, sport and business, the question has always been the same:

What allows performance to hold up when pressure is relentless?

That shift –  from chasing short-term outputs to engineering sustainable capacity – became the foundation of my work.

Why The Infinite Game Exists

Most health and performance programs rely on short-term fixes – 12-week transformations, one-off
wellbeing initiatives, motivation-driven change that collapses under pressure.

They fail because performance isn’t a sprint – it’s an ongoing game.

The Infinite Game® was created to address that reality.

It focuses on building:

Energy that doesn’t collapse under pressure

Resilience that lasts longer than a single quarter

Habits that survive real work, real stress, and real life

This IS NOT about doing more.

It’s about building capacity before performance breaks.

What Our Clients Say

Final Thought

There’s no finish line for performance.

The individuals and organisations that win long term aren’t the ones who push hardest – they’re the ones who build systems that last.

That’s what The Infinite Game® is about.
